Privacy
The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds nothing from other companies and stores nothing about you. There is no database behind it. The enquiry form does not submit anywhere — it writes a message into your own WhatsApp or email client, which you then send yourself. Until you send it, nothing has left your device.

What we collect, and when
Only what you choose to send us. When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone we receive whatever is in that message — typically your name, your organisation, your contact details, your travel dates and what you are asking for. We use it to answer you, to prepare a quotation and, if you become a client, to make the booking.
We do not buy contact data, we do not build profiles, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
Server logs
The site is hosted on DigitalOcean's App Platform. Like any web host, it records standard technical request logs — IP address, time, the file requested, browser type — which exist to keep the service running and secure. We do not use them to identify or track visitors.
Who else sees your data
To arrange a trip we have to pass on what a supplier needs: hotels, transport companies, sports facilities, insurers, and consulates or embassies where a visa is involved. We pass on the minimum each one requires and nothing more. Some of those suppliers are outside the European Economic Area — for example in Serbia or the wider Balkans — and in those cases the transfer is necessary to perform the contract you have asked us to arrange.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own terms. If you prefer not to use it, email or telephone works equally well.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted once they are clearly no longer live. Booking records are kept for seven years, which is the retention period Dutch tax law requires of us.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use of it, or object to that use. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If this page changes we will update the date at the top. There is no version history to consult; the page you are reading is the current one.
